Marc leads InX’s Professional Services practice in North America, focusing on focusing on Managing Director and Partner-level appointments across strategy and operations consulting firms in the region. He and his team partner with a broad client base, including MBB, Big 4, Tier 2 and specialist boutiques. Beyond individual hires, they have a strong track record of orchestrating team lift-outs, building new practice areas and facilitating acquisition introductions.

A former management consultant at Deloitte, Marc brings first-hand insight into the demands of the sector. Over the past decade, he has built a reputation for delivering transformative leaders across areas such as growth strategy, M&A, value creation, private equity, digital transformation and commercial excellence.

The broader North America team have strong experience placing senior individuals and teams within consulting firms focusing on AI and data analytics, and supply chain and procurement, delivering tailored talent solutions that align with the highest levels of consulting leadership requirements.
