With over 17 years of experience in executive search and 7 years in investment origination and management, Charlie excels at identifying and securing top-tier interim C-suite talent for private equity-backed portfolio companies. His expertise lies in delivering agile, impactful leadership solutions to help organizations navigate transitions, drive growth, and execute critical initiatives effectively.

Charlie is passionate about building strategic relationships and partnerships within the private equity sector. His approach combines deep industry knowledge with a commitment to understanding client needs, ensuring tailored solutions that deliver results.

Outside of work, Charlie is an avid rugby and boxing fan, though he now enjoys the sports from the sidelines. Most of his free time is spent keeping up with his kids and their creative toy distribution strategies around the house.
